Starting in Dobrinishte, you head towards the Chapel of Saint Elijah, then continue to Sveti Nikola Waterfall. The route loops around Reservoir 1 and Reservoir 2, reaches Bansko and returns to Dobrinishte.
The area is known for its beautiful natural setting, and the ride lets you experience it at close quarters. Changing views at the foot of Pirin make this one-hour outing a refreshing break from your usual routine.
Sveti Nikola Waterfall lies 3.2 km from the starting point. Its water tumbles noisily at the base of the tall cliffs in the eastern part of the area. Set at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, the waterfall offers a picturesque view from below.
You finish where you began, back in Dobrinishte, with memories of the scenery, a lift in spirits and the satisfaction of time spent in the mountains. Who the experience is for
Beginners are welcome on this tour. It is a shared group experience with a maximum of 5 participants, so you may ride alongside people you have not met before. Riders must be at least 150 cm tall and weigh no more than 120 kg.
You do not need a driving licence. Participants under 18 must have written consent from a parent.
Duration, scheduling and operating conditions
The ride lasts 1 hour and starts in Dobrinishte, near Bansko. It can be arranged any day of the week between 09:00 and 18:00, subject to an enquiry for your preferred date. Make your request at least 10 hours before the start.
This is a weather-dependent experience. Tours only run when there is no snow cover and temperatures are above 15°C. Before setting off, you must call the organising team on the number provided with your reservation information to check the weather conditions.
The activity organiser allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride.

Wear comfortable sports clothing and supportive footwear. Dress for the forecast, remembering that the wind makes it feel colder while riding. Thermal base layers are recommended at temperatures below 20°C.
