Begin your underwater journey with a compact 2-day PADI Scuba Diver course in Nessebar. Across five dives to a maximum of 12 m, you’ll learn essential skills and finish with an internationally recognized certification under PADI standards.

What is this course? (12 m vs 18 m)
PADI Scuba Diver is an entry-level certification with a 12 m depth limit and mandatory direct supervision by a PADI professional. The classic Open Water Diver goes to 18 m and allows buddy diving without continuous instructor supervision. You can upgrade from Scuba Diver to Open Water Diver later.

How the training runs

• Theory: digital learning (available in Bulgarian, English and more) with the option to complete part of it at home.
• Confined water: 3 training dives in a pool/protected area to master core skills.
• Open water: 2 sea dives near Nessebar to apply what you’ve learned and explore.
• Final check: knowledge and skills evaluation; successful candidates receive the PADI Scuba Diver certificate.

What you’ll learn

• Scuba fundamentals: safety, pressure, buoyancy and underwater communication.
• Equipment handling: assembly, checks and basic care.
• Buoyancy control and in-water comfort in real sea conditions.

Certification and what’s next

• Dive to 12 m under the direct supervision of a PADI professional worldwide.
• Rent or purchase scuba gear and join organized dives under appropriate supervision.
• Upgrade to PADI Open Water Diver or take specialty courses when you’re ready.
