• Equipment: wetsuit, mask, snorkel, long fins and weight belt
• A qualified instructor who will accompany you throughout the entire time
• 2 theoretical sessions - 6 hours in total
• Practical part including 1 session for breathing techniques
• 1 session for equalization techniques
• 1 session for static apnea
• 1 session for dynamic apnea.
Availability:
• The service is available from October 1st to June 15th (on Saturdays and Sundays), from 09:30 to 10:30.
Good to know:
• For minors, parental consent is required. Swimming skills are required!
