Two-day kayaking on Iskar or Topolnitsa – guided and with an overnight bivouac
Spend a full weekend on the water with a guided, calm‑water (Group I) kayaking trip and an overnight bivouac by the shore. The pace is clear and relaxed, the scenery is the focus, and all the essential gear is provided.
Who it’s for
This calm‑water route suits beginners and experienced paddlers alike. No swimming skills or special fitness are required. You paddle in a group with an experienced guide who introduces the basics, supports the group, and monitors safety.
How the experience unfolds
The format includes two full days on the water with a bivouac in between. It’s built for maximum time outdoors and unhurried enjoyment of the route.
Day 1 – on the water and first bivouac
Meet at the assembly point, gear up and receive a detailed briefing. Enter the water up to your knees, get into the kayaks and set off. After an hour or two of paddling, take a break at a sheltered cove or small island for lunch and rest. Continue paddling in the selected section, then return to the starting area, set up camp and enjoy a quiet evening by the water.
Day 2 – more paddling and finish
After wake‑up and breakfast, break camp, sort the required equipment and head back onto the water for another refreshing day of kayaking before wrapping up.
What’s included
- Two-day kayaking for one participant
- Equipment: spraydeck, double kayak, paddle, dry bags, life jacket
- Route guide and on‑site briefing
- Optional bivouac set (tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad) upon prior request
