Tok Sen Massage in Sofia, Iztok — a Five-Zone Package

Explore a different approach to relaxation with a Tok Sen massage package in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood. The five appointments focus on five different areas of the body, with each session lasting 30 minutes. It is time set aside to step away from accumulated tiredness and give both your muscles and your mind a break.

An ancient Eastern vibration technique

Tok Sen is a traditional Eastern massage method that uses measured tapping with a mallet and several types of chisel. These movements create the vibrations that distinguish the technique from other forms of massage.

The studio describes the method as beneficial for stiff, tired muscles, mental relaxation and supporting the body’s overall functioning. This explains the intended focus of the treatment rather than guaranteeing a specific health outcome.

Five areas across five separate visits

Unlike massages that cover the whole body in a single treatment, each appointment here concentrates on just one area. The listed areas are the back; the chest and abdomen together as one area; the arms; the legs; and the head. Work on each area takes around 30 minutes.

• The package includes five Tok Sen massages covering five different body areas.
• Each treatment lasts 30 minutes.
• Appointments take place on separate days, with at least one day between massages recommended.
• Treatments are delivered individually; the package described is for one person.

Booking and getting ready

You only reserve your first appointment in advance. The remaining visits are arranged at the studio. Booking at least a week before your preferred date is strongly recommended; the stated advance booking period is 168 hours.

Plan to arrive five minutes before your appointment. The studio provides comfortable clothing for the massage, which you are welcome to use, or you can wear your own clothes if you prefer.
