30-Minute Free Balloon Flight in North Sofia

A 30-minute free balloon flight in North Sofia offers a peaceful way to experience flying and share an unusual morning with friends or family. The hot-air balloon flies up to 600 metres above the ground, making both the views and the time spent together part of the memory. This offer is for one participant on a shared flight, with video recording included.

Gentle flying and a shared experience

Hot-air ballooning is described as one of the most peaceful ways to experience flight. You can enjoy it alongside friends and loved ones who are also taking part, or share the basket with other customers of the organiser. The activity takes place in a group, which may include people you have not met before.

You spend approximately 30 minutes in the air, with flights reaching up to 600 metres above the ground. Sparkling wine is included for adults; in calm weather, it is served during the flight itself.

What the experience includes

• The necessary equipment and a team responsible for carrying out the flight.
• Instructions at the location before take-off.
• A free balloon flight lasting approximately 30 minutes for one participant.
• Video recording.
• Sparkling wine for adult participants.

The team provides the video within a few days of the activity, so you can revisit the experience and share the memory.

Who can take part

The flight is suitable for children, with a stated minimum age of six. Participants under 18 require parental consent. Sparkling wine is for adults only.

This is a shared flight, not a private one. The organiser requires at least six registered participants for it to take place.

A year-round schedule in North Sofia

Flights are described as operating year-round on every day of the week, with seasonal time windows:

• During the warmer months, from March to September: between 7:30 and 9:30 am.

Flights take place early in the morning and are highly dependent on weather conditions. A flight may be postponed even at the last moment. An arranged date and time do not remove the need for suitable weather and at least six registered participants.
