Location and flight schedule

The experience is advertised for the Shumen or Varna areas. The organiser's location information is listed as “Varna, Shumen/Madara cliffs”. The precise launch site must be arranged with the pilot; the general location description is not a confirmed meeting point.

The published schedule runs from 1 January to 20 December, on Saturdays and Sundays, between 06:00 and 08:00. The pilot determines the exact flight time. The flight itself lasts approximately one hour.

How to prepare

• You must contact the pilot two days before your reserved date using the phone number provided.
• During that conversation, confirm directions to the launch site, the expected weather conditions and the exact flight time.
• Wear comfortable, warm clothing suited to the season.
• Be at the meeting point 15–20 minutes before your agreed time.

Participants and weather conditions

The flight is suitable for children aged 6 and above. Parental consent is required for participants under 18.

The experience is highly dependent on the weather. A date falling within the published schedule does not by itself guarantee suitable flying conditions.

Advance notice and cancellation

The provider specifies 48 hours' advance notice and free cancellation up to 48 hours before the reserved time. This is the provider's published condition and should not automatically be treated as a general Adventico term. The source lists the provider's voucher as valid until 14 October 2027; an Adventico voucher is subject to the terms and validity period stated for that voucher.

Give a flight with an Adventico voucher

Choose an Adventico voucher for yourself or someone you would like to share an unusual morning with. The voucher gives the opportunity to enjoy the experience, but it is not a confirmed booking. The date, exact time and launch site are arranged separately with the organiser.
