VIP Tethered Balloon Ride for Two near Sofia with 4K Video and Sparkling Wine

Share the view from 100 metres above the ground on a VIP tethered balloon ride for two near Sofia. Enjoy around 10 minutes aloft in the area north of Sofia, with your own compartment in the shared basket, 4K video recording and a bottle of sparkling wine. It is a romantic experience to share with someone special, with a recording to bring back the moment afterwards.

A short ascent with plenty of excitement

The first moments in the hot air balloon basket may feel peaceful, but as the ground slips further away, that calm soon gives way to a real thrill. With your favourite person beside you, you can take in the views from a height of 100 metres. For around 10 minutes, the experience is all about that different perspective and the excitement of sharing it.

The ascent takes place in the area north of Sofia. The balloon remains secured to the ground by ropes throughout: this is a tethered ascent at one location, not a free-flying journey over the surrounding area.

Your own compartment within a group experience

You join other participants you may not know, with each couple occupying a separate compartment in the basket. There is a space for just the two of you, but you are not the only participants in the balloon. A bottle of sparkling wine and video recording add to the romantic character of the experience.

• A VIP tethered hot air balloon ascent for two lasting approximately 10 minutes.
• Views from 100 metres above the ground while the balloon remains tethered.
• A separate compartment for your couple in the basket during the group experience.
• A bottle of sparkling wine.

Operating times and weather conditions

Ascents are organised every day during the morning, provided the weather is suitable. The location is in the area north of Sofia, in Sofia Province. Allow at least 24 hours in advance when requesting a place.

Hot air balloon experiences take place early in the morning and are highly dependent on weather conditions. Even with a reserved time, unsuitable weather can require postponement, including at the last minute. Contacting the crew before you set off is therefore an essential part of preparing for your visit.

What to do before your ascent

• Expect a message about the anticipated weather conditions between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day before your ascent.
• If the message does not arrive, you must contact the crew using the telephone number provided for your arrangements.
• On the day of the ascent, you must call the crew before setting off to check the expected weather.
• Arrive at the location 15–20 minutes before your reserved time.

Receiving your video

The crew will provide your video within a few days after the experience. You can then revisit the views and the excitement and share them with the people close to you. If you have difficulty downloading the video, you can call 0894766881 for assistance.

Age requirements and cancellation

The ascent is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Participants under 18 must have parental consent.

The experience provider's cancellation policy allows you to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your reserved time.
