How the 90-minute experience unfolds

The total experience lasts approximately an hour and a half. This includes gathering all participants, the briefing and assigning places in the boat. You spend one hour paddling on Pancharevo Lake.

Season, schedule and minimum group size

The provider's published schedule covers 30 April to 3 October 2026, with sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm and Saturdays at 2:00 pm, by advance reservation. These dates describe the stated operating season, not the voucher's validity period.

At least 6 participants must be registered in total for an outing to go ahead. This is the minimum group size for running the session; it does not mean you need to buy a voucher for six people. Groups of 8 or more can arrange a time outside the published schedule with the provider in advance.

Before you head out on the water

Reservations and cancellation conditions

Advance registration is required, with a stated minimum reservation lead time of 12 hours before the start. Sessions remain subject to the schedule, suitable weather and the required number of participants. The provider's published policy allows free cancellation up to 168 hours, or 7 days, before the reserved session.
