Riches of the East Ritual for Two in Sofia

Make time to unwind together with the Riches of the East ritual for two in Sofia. This 70-minute anti-stress experience combines an infrared sauna, a Thai oil massage and foot reflexology in a cosy room for two, accompanied by gentle Thai music.

Eastern traditions in a relaxing setting

The ritual introduces you to ancient Eastern practices through the skills of certified massage therapists. Soft red lighting and relaxing music create a setting for a shared break with someone special.

The provider describes this relaxing anti-stress treatment as particularly recommended for muscle stiffness. Its presentation focuses on an invigorating effect, balanced energy flow and a sense of harmony between body and mind. This reflects the traditional approach rather than guaranteeing a medical benefit.

Three parts to your ritual

• A 30-minute infrared sauna session before the massage, described by the provider as a “detox” sauna.
• A 30-minute Thai oil massage.
• 10 minutes of foot reflexology.

The total stated duration is 70 minutes. The experience is for two people and is held privately for the selected participants.

Your choice of fragrance and pressure

The ritual uses authentic products made in Thailand. Choose from orchid, papaya, jasmine, green tea with rose, coconut, lemongrass, orange and cherry blossom fragrances.

Discuss your preferred massage pressure at the studio: light, moderate or firm. This allows the therapist to take your preferences into account and adjust the massage to the intensity you find comfortable.

Comforts included

• A cosy room for two with soft red lighting and relaxing Thai music.
• A shower after the sauna and massage, with shower gel provided.
• Towels, disposable underwear and slippers.
