Tarot, Hypnosis and Reiki in Sofia – Follow Yourself

Make time to listen to yourself with Tarot, hypnosis and Reiki in Sofia. The Follow Yourself package brings three complementary practices together in a private, 90-minute session in the Iztok neighbourhood. It offers space to reflect on inner conflicts, seek greater clarity and explore your own fears and needs.

Three practices with a shared focus

Your session begins with a preliminary conversation with the therapist. A Tarot reading on a particular topic then helps establish the direction of the session. Hypnosis is used to explore that question more deeply and look for a response that feels relevant to you, while Reiki accompanies the process as a practice intended to encourage harmony and balance.

Within the provider’s approach, Tarot is presented as an ancient symbolic key to knowledge held within each person. The cards provide a starting point for identifying the central theme and possible avenues to explore. Hypnosis is described as a method used around the world in the pursuit of greater inner ease.

Exploring fears and painful experiences can touch on deeply personal subjects. In this package, Reiki is intended to support, balance and energetically accompany that process throughout. These are the provider’s descriptions of the practices, not a promise of a particular therapeutic outcome.

Space to reconnect with yourself

Follow Yourself combines these approaches as an opportunity for self-reflection: to recognise what is troubling you, understand what you need and consider what may be holding you back from taking your next step. Rather than expecting ready-made answers, you can approach the session as time set aside for your own questions.

The image behind the experience is a forest where fire clears away old growth and creates room for new life. In a similar way, facing long-held fears can sometimes make space for your hopes and ambitions. The emphasis is on personal exploration, rather than guaranteed change.

Planning and the provider’s conditions

Sessions take place year-round, Tuesday to Sunday; the studio does not offer this service on Mondays. Allow at least 7 days between your request and your preferred date: the source specifies 168 hours’ advance notice and recommends booking at least a week ahead.

The provider states that cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the appointment. The source offer lists validity until 17 October 2027. These are conditions of the original service and do not automatically establish the terms or validity of an Adventico voucher.

Give time for personal reflection

Choose an Adventico voucher for Follow Yourself as a thoughtful personal gift, or set aside time to explore your own questions. The voucher is a gift for the experience, not a confirmed appointment; the visit is arranged separately.
