Female Archetypes in Sofia – Over 50 – after the age of 50, a woman enters a new stage of life filled with meaning and possibilities. In this period, old roles and expectations gradually give way to something deeply transformative — more freedom, inner maturity and space to live by her own rules. This is a time when the archetypal images of ancient goddesses come into focus — figures that not only symbolise this transition, but actively support a woman through it.

The five archetypal goddesses:

1. Hecate – Goddess of the Crossroads:

4. Hestia – The Inner Center:
Hestia, the inner centre of calm and harmony, brings the strength of spiritual maturity and the ability to find balance and security within yourself. Yet this goddess also warns of the danger of withdrawing and avoiding challenges, which can limit growth and opportunities for development.
5. Demeter – Reconsidered Care:
Reconsidered Demeter carries the spirit of care, generosity and connection with others. She is a source of support and unity, but when this care becomes excessive, it can lead to the loss of personal freedom and balance.
