Gold and Silk Ritual and Thai Meridians in Poligona, Sofia

The Gold and Silk Ritual and Thai Meridians in Poligona, Sofia, offers 150 minutes devoted to your face, body and senses. This individual experience for one person combines a facial treatment, a full-body gold mask with silk particles and a massage with gold oil.

Thai techniques with a personal approach

You will be cared for by therapists of Thai origin who are skilled in Thai massage techniques. They take your body's needs and individual preferences into account. The ritual combines the enjoyment of the treatments with care for both skin and muscles, rather than focusing on just one area.

Its approach also recognises the relationship between appearance and personal wellbeing. Well-cared-for skin can help you feel more comfortable in your body and more confident around others. The provider presents this as a beauty and sensory experience, not as medical treatment or a guarantee of psychological or social benefits.

What the 150 minutes include

• A 60-minute Gold and Silk facial treatment.
• A 30-minute full-body gold mask with silk particles.
• A 60-minute full-body massage with gold oil.

The provider's general introduction describes a ritual lasting two hours. For this particular package, however, the stated duration is 150 minutes, matching the combined timings of the three listed treatments: two and a half hours.

A note on the sauna reference

The provider's short promotional text also mentions a sauna when describing the spa experience. It is not included in the detailed list of the three treatments. Do not assume that it is a confirmed part of the package; whether it is included should be clarified when arranging the visit.

Participation and preparation

The offer is for one person, with a minimum age of 18. The service is provided individually for the requested number of participants. The ritual is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Be at the studio 15 minutes before your confirmed appointment.
• Arriving without makeup is recommended for the best effect from the facial treatment.
• Allow 150 minutes for the treatments, plus additional time for your early arrival.
