Infrared Sauna and Therapeutic Massage in Sofia – Back, Neck and Head

Make time to unwind with an infrared sauna and therapeutic massage in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood. This 90-minute experience pairs a private sauna session with a massage for your back, neck and head. You warm up first, then let the therapist focus on the areas that need more attention.

Warmth followed by hands-on relaxation

The combination is designed to help your body relax in the infrared sauna before your massage begins. According to the provider, warming up beforehand enhances the effects of the massage and supports faster relaxation and recovery. The two treatments come together as one experience centred on rest and body care.

The provider describes infrared sauna use as beneficial for general wellbeing, with effects that include helping muscles relax, soothing inflammatory processes, supporting the body’s cleansing processes and restoring normal metabolic function. These are the provider’s stated benefits, not a guarantee of medical results for you. When the sauna is followed by a massage, the emphasis is on a deeper sense of relaxation.
