Iris Photography in Sofia with Irisception – Turn Your Eyes into Art

Iris photography in Sofia with Irisception lets you see your own eyes in a completely new way. The fine lines, colours and intricate structure of your iris become a personal work of art, as individual as the story of the person behind it.

This is a different kind of portrait. Rather than capturing an expression or a pose, it focuses on the details of the eye: subtle shades, light and patterns that usually go unnoticed. The finished image brings together memory, emotion and visual impact. Choose it to mark a special occasion, surprise someone you love or create a distinctive feature for your home that draws attention and tells a personal story without words.

A welcoming studio and a choice of styles

Your experience begins in a comfortable, relaxed studio, where experienced professionals explain the process and guide you through the available possibilities. They pay attention both to the technical details and to the kind of finished artwork you would like.

You can browse samples of the materials and layouts in the studio before choosing a style that suits your home or the person receiving your gift. This might be a simple, understated image or a more dramatic composition with an artistic effect and a frame, where these are included in your chosen package. Each finished piece is intended to be a personal keepsake with lasting meaning.

How your iris is photographed

The photography itself takes no more than a minute. The studio uses specialist equipment designed for iris photography, described by the provider as completely safe and comfortable. No advance preparation is needed, apart from removing contact lenses if you wear them. Lenses refract light and must be taken out for the photograph.

The brief capture process records the distinctive features of your eye precisely, without unnecessary waiting or discomfort. Professional editing then brings out the detail, clarity and depth of colour to create the finished art print. Allow around 30–40 minutes for the overall visit, rather than just the minute needed to take the photograph.

What your chosen package includes

• Photography of one or two irises, depending on the package selected.
• Artistic effects where included in your package.
• Printing on specialist photographic paper in the studio.
• A print size and frame according to the version selected.

The combinations available are one iris with a 20 × 20 cm print, two irises with a 25 × 25 cm print, or two irises with a 30 × 30 cm print. Each combination is offered either without a frame or effect, or with both a frame and an effect. You can therefore choose a single-iris image or a composition featuring two irises, without assuming that framing and artistic effects are included in every package.

On-site production and additional materials

A framed piece may be ready within as little as 30 minutes. This is a possible production time, not a guarantee that every visit or order will be completed in exactly half an hour. The short turnaround makes the experience an appealing option even when you do not have a whole day to spare.

If you would like a larger format or a different finish, further possibilities are offered at an additional charge. These include high-quality photographic paper prints, acrylic and aluminium Dibond. Larger sizes and alternative materials are not automatically included in your chosen package; the studio can discuss the specific finish with you.
