The Art package — an unframed artwork

Art includes the complete image creation process: photography, editing, your chosen effect, a print and a digital copy. A frame is not included, leaving you free to decide how to display the picture in a way that suits your style.

Where and when it takes place

The photography session takes place in Varna and lasts approximately 5 minutes. The service is arranged individually for your selected number of participants and is also suitable for children aged 4 and over.

The service runs throughout the year, excluding public holidays, during the following opening hours:

• Monday: 13:00–19:00.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 11:00–19:00.
• Saturday: 11:00–15:00.

Request your visit at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that your appointment time is approximate and does not give you priority; you may need to wait at the studio.

Preparation, collection and cancellation

You will need to remove your contact lenses for the photography session.

Your finished artwork is ready within 15 working days. You can collect it in person or choose courier delivery at your own expense.

Under the experience provider’s cancellation policy, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
