What to expect

More adrenaline than standard rafting because you sit low and every wave is right in front of you. Best suited to participants who already have rafting or kayaking experience.

How it runs
Brief safety and technique briefing, gear-up, transfer along the course, then a group descent in two-seat kayaks led by qualified instructors. In spring the guide is in your kayak; in summer they typically accompany you from a separate boat so you can paddle and steer on your own—always under guidance and supervision.
