Street Food Burger Cooking Class in Sofia
Description
Street Food Burger Cooking Class in Sofia
Learn what makes a memorable burger in a street food burger cooking class in Sofia. This is a hands-on introduction to the flavours, aromas and creativity of street food, with you taking an active role in the kitchen. Guided by Chef Nemigenchev, you will work through the stages of preparation and learn how to bring buns, meat, vegetables and sauces together into a burger that suits your taste.
From fluffy buns to homemade sauces
The class follows the whole burger-making process, from mixing dough for soft, fluffy buns to preparing homemade sauces that complement the other ingredients. You will learn how to marinate vegetables to bring out their flavours and explore the finer points of cooking the meat to achieve the result you prefer.
Rather than simply watching someone present a finished dish, you will carry out the individual tasks yourself and experience how the ingredients come together. It is a chance to explore street food culture through practical work in the kitchen.
Hands-on cooking in a working-kitchen atmosphere
Every participant cooks actively; this is not a demonstration-only class. The format recreates the pace and particular demands of a real kitchen environment. It is recommended for people with an interest in cooking who are ready to follow the tasks Chef Nemigenchev sets during the session.
The advertised duration is 4 hours. Actual timing depends on the group's pace, and the class may run longer, so allow for this when planning the rest of your day.
