Changes, cancellation and the provider’s validity terms

Dates cannot be changed once reserved. The organiser does not offer free cancellation.

The provider’s offer describes a validity period of 6 months from the date the voucher is purchased. After that period, the deposit can be used towards the same service or another service, with any price difference paid separately.
