Private Painting Party in Sofia – Paint Your Celebration

Bring your favourite people together for a private painting party in Sofia and turn a special occasion into a shared creative memory. Swap the usual celebration for painting with your guests, relaxing to a pleasant musical backdrop and enjoying time together in an artistic setting. At the end, everyone takes their own artwork home as a personal reminder of the occasion.

The studio is in Sofia’s Manastirski Livadi neighbourhood and offers a welcoming space for creativity. It is a fitting setting for a birthday, hen party, team-building event or another celebration with friends, family or colleagues. The room is reserved exclusively for your group, with no outside participants joining your event.

Three hours to paint, socialise and celebrate

The party lasts 3 hours. All guests work on the same painting, with an artist providing guidance throughout the creative process. You choose the subject from the studio’s available designs, so you can select a picture that appeals to you for your celebration.

Once you have reserved a date, call the studio directly using the contact number provided to agree which of its paintings your group would like to create. Everyone keeps their finished artwork and leaves with their own interpretation of the shared subject.

A private event for your group

The event can accommodate both a small gathering and a larger group. Choose the package that matches the number of people taking part:

• A group of up to 5 participants.
• A group of 6 to 10 participants.
• A group of 11 to 15 participants.
• A group of 16 to 20 participants.

Each package has a fixed group charge, regardless of the exact number attending within its stated range. Exclusive use of the room covers the number of participants included in your chosen package.

What the experience includes

• Exclusive use of the room for your group, according to the selected package.
• One painting subject chosen from the studio’s collection.
• Guidance from an artist while you paint.
• All the materials needed to create your artwork.
• A glass of wine for adult participants or juice for those under 18.
• Each participant’s finished painting to take home.

Bring your own decorations, food and drinks

To make the space feel more personal and festive, you may bring your own decorations and decorate the studio at no additional charge. Discuss your plans with the team after reserving, when you also agree on the painting for your group.

You may also bring in catering and drinks without an additional charge for doing so. This lets you combine the painting session with refreshments you have chosen for your guests.

Children taking part

The experience is also suitable for children, with a minimum participant age of 6. For a children’s celebration, parents can decide whether to stay and observe during the event. Juice is the included drink for participants under 18.

Location and scheduling

The event takes place at an art studio in Manastirski Livadi, Sofia. Parties can be arranged throughout the year, with dates available on request and subject to the studio’s schedule.

• On weekdays, the event can start between 1 pm and 7 pm.
• On Saturdays and Sundays, the event can start between 10 am and 7 pm.
• The party lasts 3 hours.

Booking at least two weeks ahead is recommended. Buying a voucher does not confirm a particular date or start time: these must be arranged according to the studio’s availability.

Getting ready and arriving

After making your reservation, call the contact number provided to choose a painting from the studio’s selection and let the team know whether you plan to bring decorations. Aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before the event begins.

If you will be decorating the room, arrive at least 1 hour before the start so you can prepare the space before the celebration gets underway.

The studio’s cancellation condition

The organiser’s stated policy allows free cancellation up to 168 hours, or 7 days, before the reserved start time. This condition concerns cancellation of the event booking with the provider; it is not a separate Adventico voucher refund policy.

Give a creative celebration with an Adventico voucher

Choose an Adventico voucher for a private painting party in Sofia and give your favourite people a reason to come together around a shared creative activity. The date, start time and painting are arranged after purchase, and everyone leaves the celebration with a painted keepsake of their own.
