Ingredients used include einkorn flour, unrefined cane sugar, real chocolate and free-range eggs. Only quality ingredients are used, with attention to both the finished flavour and what goes into each dessert.

You also receive the recipes for the desserts you make, so you can revisit the experience in your own kitchen.

Who it is for and where it takes place

The experience is for participants aged 18 and over and is designed for a group of up to four female friends in total. Your session is arranged privately for the selected number of participants, rather than as an open class with people you do not know. It takes place in Pavlovo, Sofia, and lasts two hours.

Schedule and preparing for your visit

Sessions are offered from 5 January to 20 December, Monday through Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00. Plan to make your reservation at least 168 hours, or seven days, before your preferred start time.

• If you have any food allergies, contact the organiser on the supplied telephone number immediately after making your reservation.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your reserved start time and please be punctual.
• Long hair must be tied back and kept out of the way for hygiene while preparing food.
