Preparing for your flight and calling the pilot
On the day of your flight, you must call the pilot before setting off, using the contact number provided. This call is needed to confirm the weather conditions and establish the exact meeting location.
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and bring sunglasses.
Booking and the organiser's cancellation policy
Book at least 24 hours before your intended flight. The organiser's stated policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reserved time.
