Paint and Wine in Sofia – a Private Party at Your Venue

Bring your favourite people together for a paint and wine party in Sofia, turning a venue you arrange into a space for creativity and celebration. This three-hour private art experience combines guidance from a professional artist, a glass of wine and time with friends, colleagues or family. You do not need any painting experience: the pleasure comes from creating your own picture and enjoying the process together.

A creative way to celebrate your occasion

The experience suits a birthday, hen party, team-building event or another occasion you would like to celebrate differently. Painting over a glass of wine gives your group time to chat, have fun and find inspiration. At the end, everyone keeps the canvas they have painted as a personal reminder of the event.

You choose the painting in advance from the provider’s extensive selection. If you are organising a company event and would like to incorporate a business logo into the paintings, you can discuss the possibility of a personalised design. This requires a prior discussion; a bespoke design is not automatically included.

What your private party includes

• Three hours of painting with a professional artist providing guidance throughout.
• All the art materials you need: canvases, paints, easels, palettes and aprons.
• Preparation of the room before the event.
• Transport for the team and materials to your event location within Sofia.
• A choice of white, rosé or red wine, with up to two glasses per adult; fruit juice is provided for children. Mineral water is also included.
• A personalised digital invitation for your guests.
• Photographs taken during the event, edited afterwards and sent to the booking holder.
• Each participant’s finished painting to take home.

A personal invitation and photographs to keep

A personalised digital invitation is prepared for your celebration, while photographs capture the creative moments during the party itself. The invitation and edited photographs are sent to the booking holder by email, Facebook Messenger or Viber, according to your preference. You agree on the delivery channel during your first conversation with the provider after making the reservation.

Your venue, group and preparations

This is a private event for your chosen group, held at a venue you arrange in advance within Sofia. The party requires a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants. Children aged 4 and over can also take part.

You must provide tables, chairs and drinking glasses for everyone attending. To set up the space, the team needs access for 90 minutes immediately before the event or on the previous day. The precise setup arrangements must be agreed in advance.

Arranging your event

The service runs throughout the year, every day of the week. The date and start time must be arranged through an enquiry and reservation at least one week ahead, subject to the team’s schedule. Buying a voucher does not in itself confirm a particular time slot.

Contact the provider as soon as possible using the supplied contact number to agree on the address, setup access, chosen painting and delivery method for the invitation and photographs. These practical details should be settled before the celebration.

The provider’s supplied terms state that cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the agreed time. This is a condition stated by the experience provider, not an automatic general condition of Adventico vouchers.

Give creative time together with Adventico

Choose an Adventico voucher for a private paint and wine party in Sofia: a gift built around a shared celebration, a painting made by hand and time with the people who matter to you. The date, venue and remaining details are arranged separately with the provider after purchase.
