Rock Climbing on Vitosha for Beginners

Rock climbing on Vitosha introduces you to climbing on real rock, even if you are completely new to the sport. As you move upwards, mountain views surround you and the ground falls away, leaving tens of metres of open air beneath your feet. Discover the freedom of moving up a rock face and the excitement of a first climbing experience in Vitosha’s mountain scenery.

A private introduction to climbing

This beginner experience is private for your chosen number of participants. A licensed alpine guide or climbing instructor accompanies you and helps you take your first steps. Personal climbing equipment, shared rope and belay equipment, and mountain insurance covering extreme sports are included, so you can focus on the climb and the feeling of being above the ground.

Choose your climbing experience

Choose a four-hour or six-hour experience for one or two people. There is no fixed group timetable: you choose your preferred date and time. Fit the experience around a weekday before or after work, start your weekend with a climb, or make the most of a free afternoon rather than working around a group departure.
