Stay dates and practical arrangements

The one-night option applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday. A minimum stay of two nights is required for Friday and Saturday. The offer does not apply on public holidays.

Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Your stay must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The stated minimum participation age is 18; separate conditions for children staying at the property are set out below.

Children, pets and the check-in deposit

Under the accommodation provider's conditions, children up to 12 years old and house-trained pets stay at no additional charge. A baby cot and high chair are also available at no extra cost.

For a child over 12 or an additional adult sleeping on a sofa bed, a supplement of €20 per day is payable at reception. A refundable deposit of €51.13 (BGN 100) is also required at check-in. These are conditions set by the accommodation provider and need to be taken into account when arranging your stay.

Voucher validity and cancellation condition

The offer has a stated validity period of six months from the voucher purchase date. Under the provider's published condition, after that period the amount paid as a deposit can be used towards the same service or another service, with any price difference payable. This is a provider-specific condition, not a general rule for all Adventico vouchers.

The accommodation provider's stated cancellation condition allows free cancellation up to 360 hours, or 15 days, before the agreed check-in time.
