Make room for regular breaks from a busy routine with an adult salt room package in Sofia and Plovdiv. Soft lighting, romantic music and comfortable surroundings offer a place to put everyday stress and worries aside. Enjoy time to unwind alongside salt sessions in a setting where the provider places particular emphasis on hygiene.

Choose an Adventico voucher for yourself or give it as a thoughtful gift. The package covers one adult and includes either 5 or 10 visits, each lasting 50 minutes. These are shared sessions, so other participants you may not know will also be in the room.

What the package includes

• 5 or 10 salt sessions, depending on the package selected.
• A 50-minute session for one adult on each visit.
• Everything needed for your stay, supplied at the venue.
• A hair cap and a protective cape for your clothes if required.

How salt therapy works

During the session, you breathe in a dry salt aerosol. The provider describes halotherapy as a natural method intended to cleanse and support the airways, reduce reactivity to allergens, and support immunity and the body's defence mechanisms.

In the provider's explanation, salt particles enter the airways and settle on the mucous membranes. They draw moisture from accumulated secretions, alter their viscosity and help them clear. The provider associates this process with a cleansing effect and inhibition of bacterial and other microbial growth. These are the provider's stated effects, not a promise of a particular health outcome or a substitute for medical treatment.

Surroundings, equipment and hygiene

Latest-generation halogenerators regulate the concentration of dry salt aerosol, which the provider describes as therapeutic and safe. The walls and floor are fully covered in salt to create what the provider calls a sterile environment. High-efficiency ventilation systems run after every session to refresh the air and maintain a clean indoor microclimate.

The temperature and humidity are kept comfortable, and no special clothing is required. You can focus on enjoying a quiet break without elaborate preparations for your visit.

Preparing for your visit

• Arrive around 15 minutes before your appointment to help keep the sessions on schedule.
• You will be given shoe covers to wear before entering. Under the venue's general rules, children enter barefoot or in socks.
• Lockers are available for securing your personal belongings.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the salt room.
• For what it describes as an optimal effect, the provider recommends avoiding food and drinks for around 30–60 minutes after the session.

Age and health restrictions

This is an adult package, with a stated minimum participation age of 12. The provider advises against salt sessions for people with chronic illnesses or cancer in an acute phase, tuberculosis, stage-three emphysema or COPD, pulmonary or cardiac failure, epilepsy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe disorders affecting other body systems, or psychiatric conditions. If you have health-related questions, seek medical advice before attending.

Arranging your sessions

Sessions take place in Sofia and Plovdiv. The provider's stated schedule is Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 20:00, between 2 January and 24 December. Reservations require at least 24 hours' notice.

You only book the first visit in advance. The remaining sessions in your package are arranged at the venue. The provider states that appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time; this is a condition of its service and does not automatically define the terms of an Adventico voucher.

Give someone time to unwind

Choose an Adventico voucher for a package of salt sessions and give someone several opportunities to slow down rather than a single visit. Your purchase is for a voucher, not an automatically confirmed appointment; the first session is arranged separately.
