What to expect
Shore entry after a short 20 m walk. In suitable sea and weather conditions you dive to a depth of up to 5 m. Before the main dive you do breathing and adaptation in shallow water (up to ~15 minutes). Underwater time depends on the day’s conditions and your adaptation and can reach about 50 minutes on a good day. The full experience — briefing, gear-up, diving and wrap‑up — can take up to ~2 hours 30 minutes. The session runs in a group with other participants.

Who can join
Ages 10+ in the absence of medical contraindications. An adult companion must be present to sign documents for participants under 18; for children aged 10–11 a parent/guardian must be present throughout. Participants over 60 require prior confirmation before booking.

Participation is not allowed with conditions incompatible with diving (including epilepsy, pregnancy, serious cardiovascular disease, lung or ear problems). If you have chronic conditions or take regular/periodic medication (e.g., for blood pressure, heart conditions, cholesterol, mental health and others), a written doctor’s clearance is required. After surgery within the last 12 months, explicit written medical permission is mandatory. Completing the medical and informed‑consent forms on site is required. No participation after alcohol, narcotics or other psychoactive substances.

Good to know and preparation

• Bring swimwear, a towel and water; changing room is available.
• Have a light snack beforehand — do not dive on an empty stomach.
• Tie long hair before entering the water.
• Avoid long travel right before your session; do not drink alcohol the previous evening.
• Leave a valid email to receive video/photos if available.
