Kayaking on the Struma River – Kayaking is one of the most challenging water activities organized on the Struma River, suitable for people in good physical condition who can swim and have good paddling coordination.
The adventure begins at the center of Kresna Gorge with equipment distribution and transfer to the starting point. On-site, you will receive safety and paddling instructions. An experienced instructor will be with you throughout the entire journey to advise and guide you in the right direction. For the bravest, we stop at a jumping rock, from which those who wish can jump into the turbulent waters after receiving instructions from the guide. To ensure a safe adventure, steer your kayak by following the instructor and their directions.
The kayaks are two-seater. Upon a participant's request and if feasible given other registered participants, a participant can paddle the kayak alone, which will be clarified on-site with the instructor.
The total duration is approximately 3 and a half hours on a route of 12-13 km.
