What is stand up paddleboarding (SUP)?
SUP is paddling on a wider, stable board using a single-blade paddle. It’s easy to learn, builds balance and confidence, and lets you glide through nature at a relaxed pace.

How does your session run?
Pick a 2- or 3-hour session. You paddle in a small shared group with an instructor who looks after safety and helps you refine technique. Short breaks are planned for photos and rest. After the session, you’re welcome to stay for a relaxed picnic or barbecue on the shore.

Where can you paddle?
We operate at handpicked calm-water locations with great views, including areas near Sofia, near Plovdiv, across the Rhodopes, and in Central Bulgaria. Exact spots run on set dates throughout the season.
