Traditional Thai Mat Massage in Sofia, Manastirski Livadi

Make time for a traditional Thai mat massage in Sofia’s Manastirski Livadi neighbourhood — a ritual also known as Thai yoga or passive yoga. Choose an Adventico voucher for yourself or someone special and give the gift of relaxation, a sense of balance and a break from everyday life in a cosy private room.

A Thai ritual for body and mind

Step into a welcoming, romantic setting inspired by Thailand, with space to unwind both physically and mentally. Traditional Thai massage brings together the enjoyment of a massage ritual and elements associated with yoga and its beneficial effects. The provider describes deep relaxation, pain relief and renewed energy among the practice’s potential effects; these are not guaranteed individual outcomes.

Your massage takes place on a mat and is performed by professional therapists from Thailand. Their expertise covers both therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques, and they use only natural products. Special Thai clothing is provided for the ritual.

A private sauna followed by a VIP-room massage

Begin with 30 minutes in a private infrared sauna, giving yourself time to relax before the massage. Your traditional Thai massage then takes place in a VIP room and lasts either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your chosen version. The sauna and massage together take 90 or 120 minutes respectively.

The cosy private room is reserved for you or your chosen participants. Shower facilities are available, and tea is served after the massage, bringing your time out to a gentle close.

Enjoy it on your own or share it with someone

Choose a solo experience or a shared ritual for two. With the two-person version, you can enjoy your massages in the same candlelit room and share the romantic atmosphere. The experience is arranged privately for the number of participants selected.
