The usual allocation is approximately 30 minutes for the Tok Sen massage and around 30 minutes for the facial part of the session. The time spent on each massage can be adapted to your needs without changing the overall one-hour duration. The package is for one person, and all included treatments are taken during a single visit.

Location and preparing for your appointment

The studio is in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood. The treatment is provided individually and is suitable for guests aged 18 and over. Arriving 5 minutes before your reserved time is recommended, giving you a moment to get ready without rushing.

Opening schedule and advance reservations

You can plan your visit throughout the year, Tuesday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. The service is not offered on Mondays or Sundays. Allow one week’s notice for your reservation: 7 days, or 168 hours, before your intended visit. The studio recommends booking your appointment a week in advance.

Appointment cancellation and your Adventico voucher

The provider allows free cancellation of the reserved appointment up to 24 hours before its scheduled start. This is a condition of the appointment itself and is not automatically an Adventico voucher refund policy.
