Tok Sen Massage in Sofia's Iztok District — 30 Minutes for One

Choose a Tok Sen massage in Sofia's Iztok district and set aside 30 minutes for an individual experience using a traditional Eastern vibration-based technique. This massage is for one person and focuses on the muscles and tendons, offering a different way to make time for relaxation.

What is Tok Sen?

The provider presents Tok Sen as a therapeutic Eastern massage that uses vibrations to work on the body. Its description associates the practice with stimulating recovery processes and relaxing both muscles and tendons.

The provider also links the technique with a faster metabolism, improved circulation and immunity, and a feeling of lightness and release from heaviness and stiffness. These are the effects claimed in the source, not guaranteed medical outcomes for every individual. The massage should not be regarded as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Areas that can be treated

The technique can be applied to individual parts of the body. The description identifies the following areas:

• Back.
• Abdomen.
• Neck and head.
• Arms and hands.
• Legs.
• Feet.

This list describes the possible areas for Tok Sen treatment. It does not mean that every area will be covered in a single 30-minute session.
