Watch a trained dog and handler search for truffles

During the tour, you will watch a demonstration of a real truffle hunt with a trained dog and its handler. See how these animals locate the rare fungi and hear directly from specialists about the origins of truffles and the methods used to find them.

The talk also explores their culinary qualities, connecting what you learn outdoors with the flavours you will taste afterwards. Make time for photographs, too: the natural surroundings, the dogs and the search itself offer plenty of moments to remember.

A gourmet tasting of the hosts’ own products

After the tour, enjoy a tasting of high-quality truffle delicacies from the hosts’ own range, Thracian Truffles. The tasting includes:

• Bruschetta with black summer truffle paste made with an olive paste base.
• Bruschetta with white truffle paste made with a button mushroom and bორლchi truffle base.
• Bruschetta with white truffle Sauce Royal, combining cream, cheese, and bianchetto and magnatum white truffles.
• Chocolates containing pieces of white and black truffle, described by the producer as the first Bulgarian chocolates to contain pieces of both types of truffle.
• One 330 ml bottle of mineral water per person.
• Linden blossom tea made with blossoms gathered in the nearby linden woodland.
