The setting is a Provençal-style castle with a spacious garden, a gourmet restaurant using quality ingredients and home-grown vegetables, and award-winning wine from its own cellar.

What’s included

Everything you need for a refined wine-and-wellness break for two:

• 1 or 2 nights in a double room with breakfast;
• Access to the sports and spa center: warm indoor pool, jacuzzi, hydromassage loungers, Finnish sauna, Roman bath, infrared and herbal saunas;
• Sparkling Wine Trail tour: interactive introduction, visit to the ageing room (24+ months on lees) and riddling area; depending on timing, a chance to observe disgorgement and the addition of liqueur d’expédition; dome‑projection room with a glass of sparkling wine; finish with a tasting of 4 still wines via Enomatic;
• 90‑minute vinotherapy for two (included in the Deluxe package).

Sparkling Wine Trail – what you’ll see

Start with an engaging look at traditional‑method sparkling production, continue through the long‑ageing cellars and riddling room, and, in certain periods, observe disgorgement live. The tour culminates with an immersive dome projection enjoyed with a glass of sparkling, then a tasting of four still wines.

90‑minute vinotherapy for two

A rejuvenating ritual inspired by the vine: aromatic bath with red grape extract and essential oils, gentle full‑body exfoliation with grape seeds, a wine body mask and a relaxing massage.

Optional dinner add‑on

Enhance your stay with dinner for two (optional), choosing from:

• Three‑course menu: rocket salad with smoked duck magret; chicken supreme with sweet‑potato purée and fresh vegetables; dessert of the day; a bottle of white wine; mineral water.
• Suprime tasting menu: bottle of Midalidare Sparkling Wine; French onion soup; baked goat cheese with green‑walnut preserve; pork bon‑fillet schnitzel with warm potatoes; dessert of the day; mineral water (1 L); bottle of Midalidare Mogilovo Village (Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot & Petit Verdot); espresso.
