What’s included

• Wine tour “The Road of Sparkling Wine”: an interactive introduction to sparkling wine production; visit to the storage area where wines age for over 24 months on the lees and the remuage room. Depending on timing, you may observe disgorgement and the addition of the liqueur d’expédition. The tour continues with a dome-projection show enjoyed with a glass of sparkling wine and ends with a tasting of 4 still wines from an Enomatic system.
