Choose your spot near Burgas or along the southern coast

You can suggest a preferred location around Burgas or elsewhere along the southern Black Sea coast. If you do not have somewhere in mind, the organisers can choose a spot with your wishes in mind. The location must be easily accessible by car so that the décor and equipment can be delivered and set up.

The experience is arranged separately for your own group and the selected number of participants. It is also listed as suitable for children.

Duration, season and advance reservations

The picnic lasts two full hours, or 120 minutes. Extending your time is an option to discuss separately with the organiser.

Picnics take place from May to October and depend entirely on the weather. The organiser describes reservations as requiring at least seven days’ notice; the booking request also has a minimum advance-notice requirement of 240 hours, or 10 days. Allow at least 10 days when requesting your preferred date. Suitable weather remains essential for the picnic to go ahead.

The organiser’s cancellation condition

The organiser states that cancellation is free up to 168 hours, or seven days, before the agreed start time. This condition applies to cancelling the scheduled experience; it is not a general Adventico voucher refund policy.

Choose an Adventico voucher for a group of 6, 8 or 10 and give them a reason to come together by the sea. The voucher is a gift for the experience, not an instantly confirmed booking. The date, location and arrangements must be agreed in advance, taking the weather and organisational requirements into account.
