Two Scenic Paragliding Flights in Sopot for Two

Two scenic paragliding flights in Sopot give you and someone special a chance to share the freedom of flying above the Balkan Mountains. Two people take turns flying with a pilot, each spending around 20 minutes surrounded by open skies, mountain views and the sensation of riding the air. It is a gift for a couple, family members or friends who would love to turn an ordinary day into a memorable adventure.

Open skies and mountain views above Sopot

Sopot is one of the country's best-established and most popular paragliding destinations. Its broad slopes and favourable air currents attract adventure lovers and offer a completely different perspective on the mountains. As you leave the ground behind, the pace of everyday life gives way to the wide-open sky above the Balkan range.

This is not just a gift for an adrenaline seeker. The smooth movement through the air, the quiet and the expansive views can be just as powerful as the initial thrill. Whether you are drawn to the excitement of flying or to a feeling of lightness and calm high above the ground, both are part of the appeal.

Two flights in turn, one shared memory

The flights take place on the same day, one after the other. Each carries one participant with an experienced, licensed pilot-instructor and lasts approximately 20 minutes. You do not fly at the same time: while one person is in the air, the other can watch from the ground before it is their turn to take off.

The anticipation, watching each other fly and comparing your impressions after landing all become part of the experience. It is a lovely choice for a couple, two friends or family members who want a shared adventure while still enjoying their own individual moment in the sky. Each participant flies individually with the pilot.

What is included

• Two consecutive scenic flights on the same day, lasting approximately 20 minutes each.
• One participant and one pilot on each flight.
• All necessary flying equipment.
• An experienced, licensed pilot-instructor responsible for your safety and comfort.
• A briefing before take-off and guidance during the flight.

Add a video of your flight

Video recording can be added to the experience. It captures the scenery, reactions and genuine emotions in the air, giving you something to revisit after you have landed. If you choose this addition, you receive raw video footage directly from the pilot rather than an edited film. Please agree with the pilot on the day how the videos from the flights will be delivered.

Where and when the flights take place

Flights are organised in the Sopot area, in Plovdiv Province, from 1 April to 31 October, on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 and 16:00. Advance booking is required at least 24 hours before your intended flight.

The experience is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsuitable in Sopot, the pilot may, at their discretion, suggest flying in the Sofia area or at another suitable location. Any alternative site is chosen with safe flying and appropriate weather conditions in mind.

Who can take part and how to prepare

• The minimum age is 12.
• Participants under 18 need parental consent.
• The maximum participant weight is 110 kg.
• You must contact the pilot on the day before your reserved date to confirm the weather conditions.
• Wear warm, comfortable clothing appropriate to the season and sports shoes.
• Arrive at the agreed meeting point 10–15 minutes before your reserved time.

Booking, cancellation and giving the experience

The experience provider states that cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the reserved time.

Choose an Adventico voucher to give someone freedom, excitement and a shared memory above the mountains. Buying a voucher does not instantly confirm a flight booking: the date, flying conditions and any alternative location are arranged when organising the experience.
