What to expect
The tour starts at the lower station of the Seven Rila Lakes lift. You ride behind an experienced guide on scenic terrain outside the boundaries of Rila National Park. Midway, there’s a pause for a simple lunch in a hut (about 30 minutes) before returning along the route.
Snowmobiles and driving
- One snowmobile for one or two people (90–160 hp).
- Participants may take turns driving if both are 18+.
- No driving licence required.
- Maximum combined weight for two on one snowmobile: up to 180 kg.
- Brief safety instruction before departure; the group follows the guide throughout.
Duration and group format
The whole experience is up to 3 hours, including about 2–2.5 hours of active riding and a ~30-minute lunch stop. The tour runs in a group with other participants. Capacity: up to 6 snowmobiles (total up to 10 people).
