Each coffee brewed three different ways

You will compare more than the coffees themselves. Each of the three is served using three different preparation methods, allowing you to discover how extraction changes its flavour and aroma. Watching the preparation demonstration before tasting helps you connect the brewing technique with the result in your cup.

Explore the story behind the flavour with a barista

The barista will introduce you to the history of specialty coffee and explain what makes it distinctive. Learn about the origins of all three coffees and the flavour characteristics that set each apart. As you watch them being prepared and taste the results, you will discover how the different methods affect flavour and aroma.

You will receive your own tasting sheet to record flavour notes, aromas and your impressions of each coffee's balance. It helps you compare the cups in a structured way and describe what you notice using the approach of a coffee expert.

• Minimum age: 18.
• The tasting takes place in a group with other participants you may not know. A place for two does not mean a private session.
• Visits are by advance reservation, Monday to Thursday, between 14:00 and 22:00.
• Request your booking at least 72 hours in advance.
• Under the organiser's stated policy, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the reserved time.
