Bee Room Relaxation in Sofia, Pavlovo – for One or Two

What would it feel like to rest on a bed with an entire bee colony living beneath it? Bee room relaxation in Sofia’s Pavlovo district offers a chance to find out. Settle in, step away from your everyday routine and listen to the gentle hum while feeling the vibrations from the hives. The air carries the distinctive scents of the bees’ surroundings, and the time is yours to unwind, either on your own or with someone beside you.

Rest above living hives without direct contact with bees

The room contains two beds with beehives built underneath them. Its construction keeps visitors separate from the bees, allowing you to relax without direct contact while still experiencing the humming and vibrations of an active colony. Air circulating through the hives reaches the resting space with its characteristic aromas.

The provider describes the experience as a practice intended to support overall wellbeing. According to its description, breathing hive air rich in aromatic and beneficial substances supports immunity and the respiratory system, while the bees’ humming and vibrations have a positive effect on emotional wellbeing, calm heart activity and improve circulation. These are effects claimed by the provider, not a guarantee of medical benefits.
