Salt Room in Targovishte – 5 Sessions for One Child

Give your child time to play and unwind with five salt room sessions in Targovishte for one child. Each visit lasts 20 minutes, combining activities in a welcoming setting with salt therapy, also known as halotherapy. An Adventico voucher offers an experience focused on your child's wellbeing rather than another material gift.

A snowy setting made for play

The salt room has the feel of a winter wonderland, with a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. Your child can play with toys, draw and enjoy themselves while breathing in fine salt particles suspended in the air. There is no need to spend the whole session simply sitting still: enjoyable activities fill the time, with salt therapy forming an unobtrusive part of the experience.

Salt therapy and children's wellbeing

The provider describes salt therapy as a safe, entirely natural approach to supporting children's health. Its description highlights children who experience frequent colds, coughs or allergies, and states that microscopic salt particles help clear the airways, reduce inflammation and support the body's natural defences. These are benefits described by the provider, not a guaranteed medical outcome for every child. If your child has a medical condition or allergy, ask a doctor whether a salt room visit is suitable; salt therapy does not replace prescribed treatment.
