Six beers to discover through your senses

The entire tasting is held blind. You will not be told the style or brewery before trying each beer. Instead, you will rely on its appearance, aroma and taste, without a label shaping your expectations.

The two of you will enjoy tasting portions of six different craft beers. The selection explores pale, dark, fruit and wheat variations. Each beer is served with carefully chosen finger food to complement its style and enhance each sip. Unlimited water is provided throughout the event for your comfort.

The reveal and a conversation about flavour

At the end of the tasting, the beers you have sampled will be revealed. A discussion of their distinctive characteristics follows, turning your sensory impressions into a deeper understanding of flavour and beer culture.

The presentation and discussion are in Bulgarian. You will learn about the range of styles and breweries represented on the Bulgarian craft scene, along with differences in brewing techniques and flavour profiles. Subtle details in aroma, colour and taste will help you understand what makes each beer distinctive and which styles you enjoy most.

Location, duration and published schedule

The tasting takes place in Sofia and lasts 60 minutes. It is a group experience shared with other participants you may not have met before.
