A private cake-making party in Sofia is a delicious way to bring your favourite people together for a birthday, hen party, team-building event or another special occasion. At a colourful cake-making studio in the city centre, opposite the Central Department Store, TSUM, you and your guests become the pastry chefs. Over two hours, everyone creates an individual mini cake with their own combination of flavours and decorations.

A celebration where everyone makes their own cake

If you love cake and enjoy experimenting with sweet flavours, this experience brings those pleasures together. Rather than simply gathering around a party table, you will make something together: mixing chocolate mousses and fluffy creams, exploring cake decoration and having the opportunity to shape sugar figures.

During the workshop, each guest creates a small cake using their own recipe combination. You might choose plenty of mascarpone, fresh fruit or generous amounts of chocolate — or bring them all together. Each participant also chooses and makes their decorations at the studio, giving every cake its own character.

A professional culinary instructor guides the group, with pleasant music adding to the atmosphere. The cake layers are baked in advance, and the ingredients for the different mousses and creams are ready to use. All you need to bring is an adventurous spirit, a good mood and a big smile. Come hungry; the studio team takes care of everything else.

Who can join and what you can celebrate

The party is private and held exclusively for your group. There must be at least 7 and no more than 16 participants, depending on the package selected. The experience lasts two hours.

The workshop is also suitable for children aged 2 and above. Choose it for a birthday, hen party, team-building event or another celebration. You do not need a special occasion, either — wanting to spend time together and have some delicious fun is reason enough.

Location, schedule and advance booking

The experience takes place at a studio in central Sofia, opposite TSUM, the Central Department Store. Events can be arranged on any day throughout the year, subject to the studio’s schedule.

Your date and start time are agreed through an enquiry and booking at least one week in advance. Buying a voucher does not in itself confirm an available time slot. On the day of the party, please arrive 5–10 minutes before the event begins.

Flavours, colours, invitations and photographs

Contact the provider by phone as soon as possible after booking to discuss your preferred cake flavours and colours. You will also agree on where the personalised digital invitation and photographs should be sent.

You can choose email, Facebook Messenger or Viber. The invitation and edited event photographs are sent to the person named on the booking through the channel agreed in advance.

Cancellation condition

The provider’s stated cancellation condition allows free cancellation up to 120 hours, or five days, before the booked event start time.
