Honey Massage and Nourishing Facial Massage in Sofia, Iztok

Make time for yourself with a honey massage and nourishing facial massage in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood. This individual, 60-minute treatment for one combines massage on your chosen area of the body with a deeply nourishing, hydrating facial massage. It is suited to women looking for a revitalising ritual and a welcome pause in their day.

Honey massage: a traditional approach to body care

Honey massage has been used since ancient times as a toning and cleansing treatment. The technique works on the skin and the tissue beneath it. Its traditional explanation also draws on the many reflex zones in the skin, through which practitioners seek to influence the internal organs. This describes the approach behind the treatment, rather than a promise of a medical benefit.

The treatment is offered as a cleansing, detox-oriented ritual. When applied to the legs, it is also intended to have an anti-cellulite and slimming effect, without guaranteeing a particular change in weight or appearance. The sensation of honey massage can take some getting used to: regular treatments are part of the traditional approach to making the experience more comfortable and enjoyable over time.

Choose your back or legs at the studio

You do not need to decide on the treatment area in advance. At the studio, you choose whether the honey massage will focus on your back or legs. It is followed by a facial massage, adding deeply nourishing and hydrating care to complete the body treatment.

What the package includes

• A honey massage on your back or legs, chosen at the studio.
• A nourishing and hydrating facial massage.
• A total of 60 minutes of individual treatment for one person, completed in a single visit.

Each massage is allocated approximately 30 minutes. The time spent on the two treatments can be adjusted to your needs, while keeping the overall session to 60 minutes. Both treatments are taken together during the same visit, rather than split between separate appointments.

Location, minimum age and arrival

The treatment takes place at a studio in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood and is for guests aged 18 and over. The service is provided individually. Aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you have time to get ready.

When to plan your visit

Appointments are offered year-round, Tuesday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Allow one week’s booking notice: 7 days, or 168 hours, before your intended visit. The studio recommends reserving your appointment a week ahead.

Appointment cancellation and your experience voucher

The provider’s appointment policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. This condition applies to the appointment and does not establish a separate Adventico voucher refund policy.

Choose an Adventico voucher for this combined massage, whether as a little time out for yourself or a gift for one person. The voucher is for the experience; purchasing it does not automatically confirm a particular date or time. Your appointment is arranged separately through a reservation.
