Hypnosis or Regression in Sofia’s Iztok District

Make time to listen to yourself with hypnosis or regression in Sofia’s Iztok district. This individual experience invites you to step away from everyday distractions and pay attention to a quieter inner awareness. The practitioner describes this as the “voice of the soul”: a personal source of answers and inspiration.

Understanding hypnosis

Hypnosis uses the naturally occurring state of trance. In the practitioner’s explanation, this is a state in which the conscious mind can connect with the subconscious, either spontaneously or deliberately, to explore answers and fresh perspectives.

The practitioner presents the method as a way to work with fears and worries, discover and draw on your inner resources, change personal attitudes and character traits, and address dependencies. These are the stated aims of the approach, not a promise of a particular therapeutic outcome.

How regression is approached

Within this practice, regression is described as revisiting past experiences or exploring images interpreted as memories of a previous incarnation. The intention is to examine, understand and work through the experiences that arise. Interpreting such images as a past life belongs to the practitioner’s approach; it does not establish that they are authentic memories.

What happens during your visit

The experience is for one person and includes a preliminary conversation followed by one session, both during the same visit. The total duration is 90 minutes.

You begin by discussing your expectations with the therapist. Together, you establish the subject and direction of the session and decide whether to work with hypnosis or regression. The session then follows. The organiser emphasises that trust in both yourself and the therapist is an important condition for the experience.

Who can take part

• The minimum age is 10, and the service is also listed as suitable for children aged 10 and above.
• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
• This is an individual experience, not a session shared with an unfamiliar group.

Location, schedule and preparation

Your visit takes place at a studio in Sofia’s Iztok district. Sessions run throughout the year, Tuesday to Sunday; this experience is not offered on Mondays.

Plan to request your reservation at least 7 days, or 168 hours, before your preferred date. This is the stated advance-booking period and the organiser’s strong recommendation. Aim to arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your appointment.

Provider conditions and your voucher

The source lists free cancellation up to 12 hours before the reserved appointment and a validity date of 17 October 2027. These are the provider’s published conditions and do not automatically become the terms of an Adventico voucher.

Choose an Adventico voucher for hypnosis or regression for yourself, or as a gift for someone interested in this approach. Buying a voucher does not confirm a reservation for a particular date or time.
