Departure point, duration and participants

The departure location is the village of Gyovren in the Smolyan region. The total experience lasts 130 minutes. The safari is arranged privately for your selected number of participants, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Children can take part from the minimum age of 3. Participants under 18 require parental consent and/or a parent to be present.

Reservations and operating conditions

The experience operates daily by advance reservation, between 08:30 and 18:00. Reservation requests must be made at least 120 hours, or 5 days, before the desired start time. The activity is weather-dependent.

The organiser's stated cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before the reserved time. This is the organiser's condition for the experience itself, not a general Adventico policy for cancelling a voucher purchase.
