The session’s three rules

• Participation is essential: you need to join in rather than simply observe.

What the group experience includes

• A 90-minute laughter yoga session.
• A group of no more than five participants.
• A private session delivered exclusively for your party.

The provider’s offer covers a group of up to five people. If fewer people attend, the provider’s stated group charge remains the same.

Booking, clothing and restrictions

Booking at least one week before your preferred date is strongly recommended; the stated advance booking period is 168 hours. Wear comfortable clothes and arrive at the studio five minutes before your appointment.

Anyone who has consumed alcohol and/or other intoxicating substances will not be admitted.

Location, schedule and children’s participation

• Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00.
• Minimum age: 10; the activity is also listed as suitable for children.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, who may wait at the studio.
