Choose between two ways to enjoy the setting: lunch in nature with a wonderful view, or a romantic evening beneath the night sky. This is more than a walk or a casual meal outdoors. A dedicated picnic spot is prepared before you arrive, ready for you to settle in and enjoy each other’s company.

Soft picnic mats, cushions, blankets and decorative touches chosen to suit your preferences create a welcoming space. A table, tableware and decorative lights complete the arrangement, while a bottle of wine and seasonal fruit are included in the picnic. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided if you would like some music in the background.

The organiser styles the setting around your occasion, from soft, romantic decoration to a more festive arrangement with themed details. What your picnic includes

• A three-hour picnic for two or four people, depending on the package selected.
• A location of your choice in Veliko Tarnovo or up to 15 km outside the city, agreed with the organiser.
• A themed picnic area with soft mats, cushions, blankets, a table, tableware, decorative lights and other decorative touches.
• A bottle of wine, with a choice of white, rosé or red.
• Seasonal fruit.
• A Bluetooth speaker.

The experience is arranged privately for your selected number of participants.

Optional barbecue: prepare your food together outdoors

If you would like to add some outdoor cooking to your picnic, barbecue use is available as an optional extra. The barbecue comes with all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your food together in the open air. This service is not included in the main package and costs an additional €10.23 (BGN 20), payable on site.

Location, season and advance booking

The picnic takes place in the Veliko Tarnovo area, either within the city or up to 15 km outside it. It is offered from June to October and requires an advance reservation at least 168 hours, or 7 days, before your preferred start time.

After making your reservation, call the experience provider using the telephone number supplied with your reservation information to agree on the exact location. You are responsible for making your own way to the meeting place, where the organiser will welcome you.

Important participation and cancellation information

• The minimum age for participation is 18.
• The experience lasts 3 hours.
• The picnic is weather-dependent.
• Under the experience provider’s cancellation policy, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reserved start time.
