Drive a scenic off‑road route above the Smolyan Lakes to the landmark Red Rock. In about 2 hours you’ll enjoy panoramic views, photo stops and a short 30‑minute nature walk amid the Rhodopes.

Route highlights
Head for the area above the Smolyan Lakes and Red Rock with sweeping views over Smolyan and the lakes. Wildlife sightings are possible—hare or roe deer, and sometimes bear tracks. Your guide shares local stories about the region and the Rhodope Mountains.

How the experience runs
Begin with a 10–15‑minute safety briefing. Then drive your own buggy while following an experienced guide in a separate vehicle. You may swap drivers within your group during the experience. The format is group‑based, riding alongside other buggies.

Equipment and safety
The buggies are serviced, fuelled and fitted with safety harnesses. You’re provided with a helmet, goggles and a rain poncho for comfort in changing weather.

Capacity and voucher options
Each buggy seats up to four. Choose a voucher for 2, 3 or 4 people, or for 2 adults + 2 children. Maximum group size: up to 4 buggies (3 four‑seaters and 1 two‑seater), total up to 14 participants.

Who can join
Suitable even for first‑timers. To drive, a valid category B driving licence is required. Minors may ride only when accompanied by a parent.
