Group Reiki Session in Sofia for Renewal and Harmony

Make time for inner balance with a group Reiki session in Sofia’s Iztok neighbourhood. Bring together a small circle of people you know for 60 minutes devoted to meditation, focus and harmony. The session is held exclusively for your group of three to six participants, depending on the package you choose.

Exploring your inner energy through Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese system centred on connecting consciously with your inner energy and learning to direct it. Within this practice, energy is understood as a source of replenishment and harmony; working with it offers a way to seek balance within yourself and reflect on your relationship with the world around you.

Reiki philosophy sees the inner and outer worlds as connected. It encourages you to draw on your own strengths to change how you experience reality and to use those strengths in the service of life. An ancient poet’s thought that beauty depends on the eyes that discover it captures the spirit of the practice: awakening your appreciation of life and of what lies within you.

What happens during the group session

The meeting begins with meditation and centring, giving you time to turn your attention inward and connect with your inner strength. The session can then focus on a particular theme or on a specific person.

This experience is intended for people who already know one another. A minimum of three and a maximum of six people can take part. The session is arranged privately for your own group, rather than as part of a larger gathering.

What the experience includes

• A 60-minute Reiki session focused on harmony and replenishment.
• Participation for three, four, five or six people, according to the selected package.
• A separate session held exclusively for your group.
